Individual License

Overview An Individual License authorizes the ownership or operation of specified communications networks and the provision of communications services in Kiribati. These licenses may be issued for up to 20 years and can be renewed. Eligibility To apply for an Individual License, you must be: A company incorporated under the Companies Ordinance of Kiribati, or a foreign company registered in Kiribati A society registered under the Cooperative Societies Ordinance A natural person over the age of 18 A Kiribati government agency or statutory body Application Process 1. Preparation Review eligibility requirements and license terms and conditions Prepare required documentation, including: Business plan Technical plans/network design Financial statements Management team qualifications Organizational structure 2. Application Submission Download the application form from the CCK website Complete all required fields Attach all necessary supporting documents Include a valid email and phone contact for communications Submit your application to CCK via [method of submission] 3.
