George Eastman High School

George Eastman High School has successfully completed its Universal Access Program (UAP) project, receiving 20 computer units together with upgraded internet and Wi-Fi infrastructure.

Alongside the equipment, the school introduced a Wi-Fi sales model to generate its own revenue for ongoing connectivity costs. With the first year of bandwidth fully covered under the program, the school is well positioned to sustain internet services for both students and the wider community once UAP support concludes.

School administrators regard this as an important milestone, one expected to broaden learning opportunities, strengthen research capacity, and help students build the digital skills needed for the future.
