The Universal Access Plan 2020-2022 has been formulated to bridge the digital divide in an effort to improve the social fabric and enhance economic development. With the Government assistance in funding the roll out of the Mobile network to the rest of the islands as a first mile solution, CCK provides a complimentary service through the Universal Access Fund to improve the connectivity and close the ICT gaps to the rural communities where it is not feasible to commission a mobile network as well as to the Island Councils where dedicated data network is required instead of mobile data.
